Compensation: $280.3K – $420.5K (USD/CAD) + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Define and drive the strategy for enterprise governance, identity, and access management.
• Lead and mentor a growing organization of managers and engineers through structural transitions.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to align technical roadmaps with enterprise customer needs.
• Establish data-driven metrics for delivery velocity, reliability, and quality.
• Implement AI-powered tooling to accelerate team delivery and define safe AI-native engineering practices.
• Manage Tier-1 infrastructure and coordinate cross-functional responses during major incidents.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America (USA or Canada).
• Proven experience leading engineering organizations through significant structural change and growth.
• Deep expertise in identity, access control, audit, and policy infrastructure.
• Strong background in building service ownership models and operational excellence.
• Experience partnering with sales and customer success to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to lead AI-native engineering workflows and integrate AI coding agents.
