Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada

Salary: $230,000–$270,000 USD/CAD plus equity

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the total compensation philosophy, frameworks, and programs to support business growth.
  • Design and administer salary structures, job architecture, and incentive plans across multiple global markets.
  • Lead market benchmarking and annual compensation planning processes including merit cycles and promotions.
  • Develop and implement a competitive equity strategy and policies across various roles and countries.
  • Create educational resources to help team members understand the value of their total compensation and equity.
  • Partner with Finance and senior leadership to balance market competitiveness with internal equity and budget constraints.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards within global organizations.
  • Deep expertise in compensation program design, job architecture, and market benchmarking.
  • Proven experience managing equity compensation programs and grant administration.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada to fulfill the role requirements.
  • Experience with HR tech stacks such as Rippling, Remote, and Carta.
