Head of People Operations and Rewards Remote - United States

Location: Remote — United States

Base pay: $200,000–$300,000 per year. Additional eligibility may include equity and short-term bonus or commission incentives.

What you will do

• Architect an integrated People operating system spanning strategy, processes, governance, decision rights, systems, data, technology and employee experience.
• Redesign workflows, simplify handoffs, clarify accountability and use automation to scale People capacity.
• Build planning, prioritization and execution mechanisms connecting business priorities, roadmaps, capacity and dependencies.
• Lead AI-first transformation through self-service, automation, improved decision-making and reduced transactional work.
• Transform global People Operations and modernize People Programs and Total Rewards as measurable business systems.
• Develop leaders and program drivers capable of taking complex cross-functional problems from strategy through implementation.

Requirements

• Experience leading a broad People Operations, People Transformation or Total Rewards organization in a complex global technology company.
• Strong systems thinking, business and financial acumen, including evaluating investments by ROI.
• Experience using AI, automation and modern People technology to redesign work.
• Strong portfolio and PMO discipline, including management of competing priorities, capacity and cross-functional dependencies.
• Executive presence and the ability to work credibly with senior business leaders while driving detailed execution.
