What you will do

• Lead company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning including scenario modeling to support fundraising and strategic decisions.
• Provide financial perspective on major initiatives, including new product launches, pricing strategies, and M&A evaluations.
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to executives across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product.
• Define and monitor key SaaS metrics such as gross margin, LTV/CAC, cash runway, and NRR to surface risks and opportunities.
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership and the board.
• Evaluate and improve financial systems and workflows to enhance automation, accuracy, and scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with a strong FP&A and strategic finance foundation.
• Deep command of financial statements, forecasting, and SaaS metrics.
• Proven ability to build financial models and translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Curiosity and facility with utilizing AI tools within FP&A processes.
• Strong track record of partnering cross-functionally and influencing at all organizational levels.
• Must be based in the United States.

• MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
