Salary: $75,281 – $106,119 USD

What you will do

• Review, analyze, and document business rules and data requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to capture use cases and ensure accurate data lineage.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to define data solutions.
• Document data ingestion, transformation, and modeling workflows.
• Ensure all data solutions comply with audit and security standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including planning and backlog grooming.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant technical or business experience in healthcare or data analytics.
• Must be based in the U.S. (excluding specific states listed above).
• Must provide non-cellular high-speed internet (fiber/DSL/cable) with 30/5 Mbps minimum and <80ms latency.
• Must have a dedicated, private workspace to protect PHI/HIPAA information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data tools or Snowflake.
• Experience with data profiling, transformation, and reporting.

Nice to have

• Fundamentals certification in Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks.
