What you will do

  • Lead the development and presentation of integrated media plans aligned with client business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end activation, trafficking, and quality assurance of multi-channel media campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data to implement optimization strategies and lead structured testing.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day media contact for assigned clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Provide coaching, delegation, and oversight to junior team members to support their professional development.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in media, marketing, advertising, or analytics.
  • Agency experience managing multiple clients or complex account responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience planning, activating, and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable media recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing presentations.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing or mentoring direct reports.
  • Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and traditional media.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for budget management and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, attribution platforms, and advanced measurement tools.
  • Relevant media and platform certifications.
