Creative Strategist (Paid Social)

What you will do

• Own creative strategy across multiple paid social accounts, from insight and hypothesis through execution and iteration.
• Research competitors and analyze ad platform data and creative performance signals.
• Develop and test creative concepts, messaging systems, and structured testing frameworks.
• Write and guide measurable, performance-oriented copy.
• Collaborate with design, editing, and media buying to support testing, scale, and learning.
• Present creative strategy to clients and mentor junior creatives.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency.
• Experience developing performance-driven creative for paid social or digital channels.
• Strong ability to interpret performance data and use it to guide creative direction.
• Understanding of consumer psychology, platform behavior, and creative performance.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-moving, data- and creative-focused environments.

Nice to have

• Experience working with media buyers or growth teams.
• Familiarity with structured testing frameworks and creative systems.
• Portfolio or examples demonstrating creative thinking, copy, or performance work.
