What you will do

• Resolve member and client inquiries via phone, email, and internet.
• Research and address enrollment issues while maintaining data integrity.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and participants.
• Document and track all interactions and outcomes in company systems.
• Educate customers on available self-service options.
• Assist with reporting, account transitions, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Houston, Texas
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Must complete several weeks of paid training with no absences.
