What you will do
- Resolve member and client inquiries via phone, email, and internet.
- Research and address enrollment issues while maintaining data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and participants.
- Document and track all interactions and outcomes in company systems.
- Educate customers on available self-service options.
- Assist with reporting, account transitions, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Must be based in Houston, Texas
- Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Must complete several weeks of paid training with no absences.
