What you will do
- Provide omnichannel assistance regarding online banking, payments, and debit card issues.
- Create positive member experiences through active listening and effective de-escalation.
- Ensure member information and transactions are handled with strict confidentiality and risk mitigation.
- Meet performance metrics including interaction volume, quality assurance, and accurate case documentation.
- Educate members on credit union products and services to build trusting relationships.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex member inquiries.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in a Windows environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a fixed schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
