TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote-first employer with a preference for candidates in the upper Midwest).

What you will do

  • Provide omnichannel assistance regarding online banking, payments, and debit card issues.
  • Create positive member experiences through active listening and effective de-escalation.
  • Ensure member information and transactions are handled with strict confidentiality and risk mitigation.
  • Meet performance metrics including interaction volume, quality assurance, and accurate case documentation.
  • Educate members on credit union products and services to build trusting relationships.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex member inquiries.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in a Windows environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a fixed schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
