Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (3 times per week in office)

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for GTM roles for a top 3 global tech giant.
  • Conduct detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders to determine precise specifications.
  • Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search, social media, and deep web techniques.
  • Build and deploy targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Manage candidate experiences, from interview preparation to offer articulation and acceptance.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline and provide regular reporting on recruiting activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Proven experience recruiting for GTM (Go-To-Market) positions.
  • Proficiency in deep web sourcing and sophisticated Boolean search language.
  • Must be based in Warsaw, Poland to support the hybrid work arrangement.
