What you will do

  • Own end-to-end hiring for the Sao Paulo hub, prioritizing engineering roles while supporting non-technical functions.
  • Raise the talent bar by setting clear standards, calibrating rigorously, and ensuring high talent density.
  • Source top-tier talent by mapping the Brazilian tech market and engaging passive candidates.
  • Advise leadership using funnel metrics and market intelligence to shape headcount plans.
  • Design and improve hiring experiences, including scorecards, structured interviews, and employer branding.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in full-cycle engineering recruitment within high-growth tech environments.
  • Engineering fluency: ability to read code, follow tech trends, and engage effectively with engineering teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to diagnose and forecast hiring needs.
  • Strong communication skills and a candidate-first approach to stakeholder management.
  • Ownership mentality: ability to operate in ambiguous environments and fix broken processes.
