What you will do

• Lead and grow a high-performing consulting organization focused on delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Manage VRS business performance, including revenue, bookings, margins, and utilization.
• Oversee the delivery of consulting engagements for Interaction, Speech, and Text Analytics to maximize CX impact.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, linking solution capabilities to KPI improvements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align strategies and ensure field readiness.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, CX strategy, and contact center transformation within enterprise SaaS.
• Proven success leading consulting teams that deliver measurable business value through technology maturation.
• Deep understanding of CCaaS, AI CX capabilities, and the strategic application of AI to enhance outcomes.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience managing P&L.
• Familiarity with hirify.global CXone, Enlighten Interaction Analytics, Nexidia, or similar analytic platforms.
• Must be based in the USA.
