Focus on scaling consulting delivery, managing revenue and P&L performance, and translating customer and business data into repeatable strategies and measurable outcomes.

What you will do
- Lead, grow, and modernize a high-performing business consulting organization focused on delivery excellence.
- Oversee consulting engagements that improve customer satisfaction, solution adoption, operational performance, and measurable ROI.
- Manage VRS business performance, including revenue, bookings, margins, utilization, and subscription renewals.
- Establish scalable, process-driven operating models and ensure consistent delivery of KPIs and consulting metrics.
- Advise senior customer executives by linking CX solution capabilities to business objectives, operational efficiency, and KPI improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, and represent VRS in executive briefings and customer forums.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, CX strategy, contact center transformation, or organizational change management within enterprise software or SaaS.
- Proven success leading consulting teams that deliver measurable business value through CX technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of CCaaS and modern AI-powered CX capabilities.
- Strong business, financial, and operational acumen, including P&L management.
- Hands-on consulting expertise with CX AI and CCaaS solutions is required.
- Familiarity with CXone or a comparable CCaaS platform is required.
