What you will do

• Lead end-to-end creator program design and execution across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Manage a large portfolio of mid-tier and micro creators, overseeing sourcing, vetting, and contracting.
• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure, including databases, brief libraries, and performance dashboards.
• Translate creator and content performance data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Act as the connective tissue between Creator, Influencer, Paid Media, and Social teams.
• Mentor junior team members and establish standards for creator quality and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or social operations.
• Proven track record of building or scaling creator program infrastructure.
• Expert-level fluency with creator platforms such as CreatorIQ, Mavrck, or Mavely.
• Strong analytical capability with experience in performance reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate models, and UGC amplification via paid media.
• Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week in Needham, MA or New York, NY.
