What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of brand and product accounts across all social channels.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, content planning, and engagement metrics.
• Scale internal team accounts and guide employees to post in the company voice.
• Build and moderate communities on Reddit and within developer audiences.
• Collaborate with Comms, Marketing, PMs, and engineers in a high-velocity launch environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running social media for a brand, ideally within tech or AI.
• Strong writing skills with a portfolio of high-performing posts.
• Proven track record of growing accounts on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Experience being entrusted with and adapting a specific brand voice for different audiences.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing plans in a fast launch cycle.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City.

• Experience running or moderating technical or developer communities.
• Experience writing on behalf of leadership or other key voices.
