Location: 100% remote within the United States or Canada

Salary: $175,000 - $190,000 plus pre-IPO equity package

What you will do

• Build and operate partnerships with celebrities, influencers, and creators, managing deal flow, negotiation, and creative execution to optimize cost-per-new-user
• Identify and recruit high-leverage creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, and emerging channels
• Design incentive structures aligning creator success with business outcomes and build scalable processes
• Establish infrastructure and workflows to measure and optimize creator channel performance
• Collaborate closely with Growth, Brand, Sales, and Media teams to maximize impact and amplify product launches
• Help creators tell compelling stories about restaurant ownership and entrepreneurship aligned with Owner's brand and mission

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or growth
• Proven track record scaling creator programs from dozens to hundreds of partners
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing budgets with ROI optimization
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
• Familiarity with creator attribution and partnership measurement systems
• Experience innovating with AI tools to automate workflows and build AI fluency within teams
