TL;DR

Senior Influencer Manager: Leading the development, management, and execution of influencer and creator campaigns for a growing US client portfolio with an accent on strategy, talent sourcing, and performance optimization. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York (NYC). Role is Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Salary: $95,000–$120,000

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of influencer and creator strategies aligned with client business goals.
  • Oversee outreach, sourcing, negotiations, and contract management for influencer partnerships.
  • Review and approve influencer content to ensure brand alignment, creative quality, and legal compliance.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize programs and provide actionable recommendations for future growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients as the day-to-day influencer lead.
  • Support new business efforts by contributing to pitch materials and attending meetings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to New York (NYC).
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end within a social-first agency or brand.
  • Strong understanding of creator culture, social platforms, and paid amplification strategies.
  • Confident client-facing presence with the ability to lead strategy discussions and build trust.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to shape functions and processes from the ground up.
  • Excellent talent judgment and negotiation skills.
