What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end creator and influencer marketing strategy and execution.
• Manage large-scale campaigns across 100+ creators with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Negotiate and contract one-off campaigns and long-term creator partnerships.
• Partner with Growth teams to tie creator work directly to business outcomes and conversion.
• Review and provide editorial feedback to ensure content is sophisticated and showcases product capabilities.
• Build a creative engine by leveraging contractors, agencies, and internal AI tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in creator, influencer, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of building or leading a marketing function from the ground up.
• Strong analytical rigor to evaluate creator performance beyond vanity metrics.
• Existing network of creator and agency relationships across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Hands-on experience building tools or solutions with AI.
• Experience working with consumer technology products.
