Salary: $91,000 - $125,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow partnerships within the assigned region.
- Build and optimize relationships with Hearing Care Professionals (HCPs) to drive lead generation and organic revenue.
- Deliver targeted educational programs and value-added services to HCP clinics to increase adoption.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical, and product teams to bring new solutions to market.
- Perform field-based activities, including clinic visits, regional conferences, and events.
- Manage territory planning and report outcomes using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree in Audiology or Business is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or the medical device industry OR 3+ years of clinical audiology experience.
- Knowledge of hearing healthcare trends, patient care workflows, and the broader market.
- Proven ability to influence decision-making and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel 50% or more.
