Salary: $91,000 - $125,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow partnerships within the assigned region.
  • Build and optimize relationships with Hearing Care Professionals (HCPs) to drive lead generation and organic revenue.
  • Deliver targeted educational programs and value-added services to HCP clinics to increase adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical, and product teams to bring new solutions to market.
  • Perform field-based activities, including clinic visits, regional conferences, and events.
  • Manage territory planning and report outcomes using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree in Audiology or Business is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or the medical device industry OR 3+ years of clinical audiology experience.
  • Knowledge of hearing healthcare trends, patient care workflows, and the broader market.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more.
