What you will do

• Assist with defining the AI enterprise operating and program model and the AI organization’s integration with IT and business governance.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communications strategy for AI across the enterprise and with external stakeholders.
• Define project objectives and requirements, set priorities, communicate progress, manage change, and resolve issues and conflicts.
• Manage scope, schedule, quality control, risks, and issues for multiple concurrent high-visibility agile projects.
• Plan, lead, organize, execute, and motivate agile project teams to deliver business value.
• Maintain programmatic and technical documentation, update the project portfolio weekly, and manage risks/issues in the risk register weekly.

Requirements

• Public Trust clearance (must be able to obtain).
• 11 years of project management experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience writing project charters and project schedules.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, including excellent verbal and written communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to analyze problems creatively, manage complex tasks, and adapt to rapidly changing requirements.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with backlog management, Scrum facilitation, and lessons learned.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools and methods.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Planner Premium (including portfolio management), Visio, Office Suite, and SharePoint.
