What you will do
- Manage budgets, schedules, and work breakdown structures for valves and pumps manufacturing and assembly.
- Coordinate the entire product lifecycle from research and design development to final flight hardware production.
- Quantitatively manage scope by reporting status, risks, opportunities, variances, and recovery plans.
- Provide hands-on support for week-to-week planning and execution with manufacturing teams.
- Maintain alignment between high-level program plans and day-to-day team performance metrics.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience planning and managing projects, including priorities, scope, schedule, and cost.
- Experience with critical path scheduling (IMP/IMS), risk management, and Cost Account Management.
- Proficiency with Agile methodology, JIRA, and scheduling software such as P6 Primavera or MS Project.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee/asylum grantee.
Nice to have
- MBA degree or PMP certification.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Macros, Power Query, Power Pivot).
- Experience with cryogenic liquid, gas distribution, and propulsion systems.
