What you will do

• Act as engagement lead on customer engagements.
• Communicate expectations, plan, monitor, appraise, and review team contributions.
• Enforce policies and procedures for projects.
• Achieve operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans, preparing action plans, implementing standards, resolving problems, and driving improvements.
• Meet financial objectives through forecasting, quoting, scheduling, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Develop budgets, track expenses, staff projects, mentor team members, and provide performance feedback.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior project management and planning experience.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage client expectations in scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction.
• Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
