Project Manager

Salary: $60,000 – $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee the full project life cycle from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Translate client and account needs into actionable workflows for editorial and design teams.
• Build and manage timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams while balancing resource workloads.
• Implement structured intake and triage systems to prioritize tasks and manage fast-turn content.
• Partner with account leads to flag risks, gaps, or capacity issues and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and dashboards to ensure visibility across all active content.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Must be based in NYC or able to work East Coast hours in a hybrid capacity.
• Proven ability to manage resources and workflows in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools including Excel, Smartsheet, Airtable, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience with content management systems such as Contentful and WordPress.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate large matrixed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with collaborative tools like BOX, Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, and Miro.
