What you will do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems and software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Respond to technical support tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and software licenses.
• Perform routine maintenance including system backups and software updates.

Requirements

• Must hold a current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD baseline certification.
• Must possess a valid Security Clearance (interim level acceptable).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop/PCs.
• Ability to work on-site at Peterson Space Force Base.
