What you will do

• Own the revenue, growth, and P&L for the mortgage business unit, ensuring accurate forecasting and delivery against plans.
• Define the go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, pricing, and packaging direction.
• Align and drive Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams toward shared targets.
• Hire, lead, and develop the professional team as the business scales.
• Drive new logo acquisition, retention, and expansion across the mortgage customer base.
• Build senior relationships with key lenders and partners to accelerate large-scale opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience running a business line, segment, or region with direct P&L ownership.
• Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding growth and revenue targets.
• Experience leading and aligning cross-functional GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships).
• Strong general management skills in strategy, planning, and operating discipline.
• Direct experience selling into or operating within the mortgage or lending industry.
• Ability to build and scale teams in high-growth environments.

Nice to have

• Prior GM or business-unit-owner experience at a fintech, SaaS, or mortgage technology company.
• Deep familiarity with the mortgage ecosystem and technology adoption cycles for lenders.
• Experience scaling a business line from early traction to durable, repeatable growth.
