What you will do

  • Engage with enterprise clients to identify business process gaps and position hirify.global solutions.
  • Conduct high-impact presentations for C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end sales opportunities across a defined geographic territory.
  • Apply value-based selling methodologies to accurately forecast and close business.
  • Identify and execute account expansion through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales development, and customer success teams to drive growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience targeting Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Proven track record of selling into VP and SVP level buyers.
  • Demonstrated history of overachieving sales quotas and closing high six-figure ACV deals.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Supply Chain, FP&A, or Workforce Planning.
  • Expertise in opportunity management, qualification, and executive-level negotiation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SFDC, Altify, Marketo, and Engagio.
  • Proficiency in MEDPICC or Miller Heiman sales methodologies.
