TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business growth within large, complex sports organizations with an accent on full-cycle enterprise sales and C-level stakeholder engagement. Focus on closing complex $100k+ ACV deals and positioning the platform as mission-critical for operational excellence.
Location: Remote (Must be a permanent US resident). Hiring is excluded for residents of AL, AK, DE, DC, HI, IA, LA, MS, NE, NM, RI, SD, and WV.
Salary: Minimum starting point $150,000 (inclusive of base and bonus)

What you will do
- Execute the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Identify and win new opportunities across multiple sports verticals, including youth, amateur, and governing bodies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and compelling presentations to organizational stakeholders.
- Lead complex contract structuring and pricing discussions for deals with $100k+ ACV.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of proven success in SaaS sales, specifically in enterprise or mid-market segments.
- Must be a permanent US resident.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with $100k+ ACV.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
- Experience running full-cycle sales processes independently.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, particularly with C-level executives.
Nice to have
- Existing professional network within sports organizations or related industries.
- Experience selling platform-based or multi-product SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with long enterprise sales cycles and large deal sizes.
