What you will do
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact and escalation point for clients.
- Coordinate and oversee all functional services and external vendors to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Manage study financial health, including profitability, billable hours, and accurate forecasting.
- Ensure quality management, including eTMF inspection readiness and implementation of corrective action plans.
- Lead internal and client meetings, providing status updates and reporting on key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience and at least 4 years of direct project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field.
- Proven experience managing complex, global clinical trials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS systems.
- Must be based in the United States or have the ability to work within US-based project requirements.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required for business development and bid defense meetings.

- Advanced degree in a science or health-related field.
- Direct experience with oncology, cell therapy, or gene therapy research.
