What you will do

• Lead the progression of CMC projects from proposal stage through project completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison for client contacts and manage day-to-day communications.
• Assist business development in preparing quotations and proposals with stakeholder input.
• Monitor project progression to ensure adherence to timelines, deliverables, and budget.
• Support technical teams in investigating issues and implementing corrective measures.
• Represent the company at customer visits, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Eastern time zone (USA)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
• Masters or PhD in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or CRO/CMO industry experience
• Proven track record in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong understanding of small molecule drug development processes
