What you will do
- Manage project planning, coordination, and execution for the NeuroGAP program across several African countries, including Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa, and Malawi.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across international teams to ensure alignment with program goals and efficient execution.
- Monitor budgets, reporting requirements, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) metrics.
- Draft and coordinate competitive grant applications, including developing narratives and budgets.
- Optimize operational efficiency and standardize research protocols and sample collection methods across partners.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to institutional safety and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- BS with 5+ years of related experience, Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 0+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder scientific or technical projects.
- Must be based in or able to work in Cambridge, MA (Hybrid).
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 25% to support field work and partner needs.
Nice to have
- Experience in genetics, mental health, and/or public health.
- Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or ethics frameworks.
- Strong ability to drive standardization and operational efficiency across distributed teams.
