What you will do

• Act as internal product owner by partnering with the Senior Product Manager and Technology Director to align business goals with delivery execution.
• Lead multi-track requirements management across web, logged-in/authenticated experiences, and native iOS/Android mobile.
• Own Agile ceremonies for assigned tracks, including requirements gathering sessions and sprint planning, to maintain delivery momentum.
• Create requirements artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data flows, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to translate designs into accurate requirements, including edge cases and system behavior.
• Maintain Jira backlog health and support UAT/demos by validating delivered functionality and triaging issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex digital initiatives in Agile BA roles.
• Hands-on mobile expertise documenting requirements for native iOS/Android and logged-in/authenticated web experiences.
• Experience in a client-facing agency or consulting environment supporting enterprise or multi-stream delivery.
• Strong requirements lifecycle management, including accessibility, integrations, localization, and end-to-end technical flows.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum/SDLC, with experience leading sprint planning and managing backlogs in Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing requirements reviews.
