What you will do

• Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into clear technical specifications using agile methodologies.
• Define mobile application features and phases aligned with stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
• Lead the specification process by documenting solutions and ensuring delivery according to project requirements.
• Facilitate agile execution as a Scrum Master: run ceremonies, manage timelines/deliverables, and handle risks and milestones.
• Create technical documentation (API guides, system diagrams, user manuals) and support implementation and roll-out training.
• Define testing scenarios with QA and stakeholders to ensure mobile application quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a BA or Scrum manager in the tech industry, with a significant focus on mobile application development projects.
• Strong business analysis skills: understand business processes, elicit detailed requirements, and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Agile practices with experience serving as a Scrum Master (sprint ceremonies and agile workflows).
• Ability to produce comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user manuals.
• English: fluent English required for stakeholder engagement and documentation.
• Location: based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Basic UX/UI design principles knowledge for collaboration with design teams.
• Experience with software testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with APIs and tools/technologies such as GraphQL, Postman, and Rest-Assured.
• Cloud experience, especially Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/Firebase.
• Experience with D365 Finance & Operations.
• French language.
