What you will do

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into clear functional and process requirements.
• Partner with Architects and Engineering Leads to define future-state product capabilities and transition strategies.
• Analyze and document current-state and target-state system capabilities and functional ownership models.
• Support product decomposition and refactoring initiatives to separate business capabilities.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories for backlog refinement.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to support the transition of products to globally distributed teams.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for daily interaction with international stakeholders.
• Availability to work on-site in the Campinas office 3x per week.
• Proven experience in digital consulting environments.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments collaborating with PMs, Architects, and Engineering teams.
• Ability to take ownership of deliverables and manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in Investment Technology, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, or Trading Systems.
• Familiarity with investment calculations, portfolio analytics, or financial instruments.
• Experience facilitating scrum teams and agile ceremonies.
• Comfort with Generative AI tools to enhance productivity.
