What you will do
- Build and nurture deep, consultative relationships with executive stakeholders at hospitals and health systems.
- Own the end-to-end renewal strategy, including proposal development and contract negotiations.
- Identify, quantify, and close expansion opportunities within existing client organizations.
- Act as the internal quarterback to ensure alignment across product, operations, and engineering teams.
- Facilitate executive business reviews focused on strategic alignment and ROI.
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic account management or consulting within healthcare technology.
- Deep experience partnering with C-suite healthcare leaders.
- Strong understanding of healthcare provider operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT systems.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations (e.g., HIPAA, interoperability), and delivery models.
- Proven track record of driving client growth, renewals, and measurable ROI.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
