What you will do

• Manage end-to-end relationships with OEM and ODM partners as the primary technical and operational interface.
• Optimize processes for outsourced hardware development and drive program discipline.
• Collaborate with product management to translate roadmap priorities into actionable plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, and operations.
• Facilitate design reviews, technical deep dives, and issue-resolution sessions.
• Track program milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure transparency and proactive mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Hardware preferred).
• Proven experience in the technology and manufacturing industry with outsourced engagement models.
• Experience scaling outsourced hardware development programs.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (domestic and international).
