Senior Project Manager (Global Controls)

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of concurrent controls-related projects and workstreams across multiple global regions.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, master schedules, RAID logs, and executive status dashboards.
• Coordinate between Controls Engineers, SCADA/OT SMEs, vendors, and construction teams to resolve blockers.
• Lead project governance, including change control, budget tracking, and executive decision documentation.
• Establish repeatable project management templates and runbooks to standardize global delivery.
• Manage risks, commercial impacts, and dependencies for FAT, SAT, and operational handoff.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project or program management experience in technical infrastructure, data centers, construction, or energy.
• Proven success managing global initiatives with distributed stakeholders and concurrent priorities.
• Strong command of project governance: scheduling, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Lean or Six Sigma process-improvement training.
• Experience with BMS, EPMS, SCADA, or other mission-critical systems.
• Experience in data center construction or technical infrastructure delivery.
