Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day contract administration and ensure compliance with project objectives and regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets, track financial goals, and negotiate contractor change orders and claims.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, mitigating delays and managing critical path tasks.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and prepare detailed progress and risk reports.
• Provide technical direction to design firms and contractors throughout development and construction phases.
• Lead the project closeout process, ensuring all deliverables are documented and final payments are processed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience managing all phases of higher education institution programs or projects.
• 10+ years of experience in preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases.
• Ability to perform physical tasks on-site, including climbing, bending, and lifting 40+ pounds.
• Must be able to work on-site at client locations as required.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30 Hour Safety Training.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or PMP certification.
• Proficiency in CM software, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Adobe.
