What you will do

• Manage all aspects of large Design-Build and Service projects, including safety, cost, schedule, quality, and client relationships.
• Lead multi-discipline professional teams and coordinate EPC activities (engineering, procurement, construction, and startup).
• Drive business development through strategy development, prospect identification, and proposal preparation.
• Oversee engineering managers and establish project performance goals.
• Handle commercial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and performance reviews.
• Mentor and coach staff to improve performance and identify candidates for promotion.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• 20+ years of active water/wastewater experience.
• Professional Engineering License and a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience specifically within the Texas market.
• Strong understanding of budgets, financial metrics, and contract negotiation terms.
