TL;DR

Demand Gen Manager (AI): Defining and driving the go-to-market strategy for an enterprise AI platform in the grocery sector with an accent on precision-based demand generation and account-driven programs. Focus on building a modern, AI-powered demand engine, optimizing channel investment, and partnering with sales to convert engagement into pipeline.

Location: Remote (Must reside in AL, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MT, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, WA, UT, VA, or WI)

Salary: $158,400 – $237,600 OTE

What you will do

  • Execute demand generation strategy across paid media, email, ABM/ABX, and content distribution.
  • Build account-driven GTM programs utilizing AI-driven personalization and signal-based activation.
  • Manage the end-to-end webinar program and oversee trade show/field event strategy.
  • Partner with RevOps to evolve the marketing stack and implement AI-native tools.
  • Define KPIs and build full-funnel reporting to track pipeline performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and PMM to ensure alignment on buyer targeting and messaging.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of demand generation experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MT, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, WA, UT, VA, or WI.
  • Proven experience setting demand strategy and managing investment allocation.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated success leading Tier 1 events and webinar programs.
  • Strong writing skills for campaign copy, emails, and landing pages.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into defined, named-account markets.
  • Deep understanding of AI-native marketing stacks and workflows.
