Salary: $158,400 – $237,600 OTE

What you will do
- Execute demand generation strategy across paid media, email, ABM/ABX, and content distribution.
- Build account-driven GTM programs utilizing AI-driven personalization and signal-based activation.
- Manage the end-to-end webinar program and oversee trade show/field event strategy.
- Partner with RevOps to evolve the marketing stack and implement AI-native tools.
- Define KPIs and build full-funnel reporting to track pipeline performance and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and PMM to ensure alignment on buyer targeting and messaging.
Requirements
- 6+ years of demand generation experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MT, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, WA, UT, VA, or WI.
- Proven experience setting demand strategy and managing investment allocation.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Demonstrated success leading Tier 1 events and webinar programs.
- Strong writing skills for campaign copy, emails, and landing pages.
