What you will do
- Launch and maintain paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, pacing, and budget controls to ensure optimal delivery.
- Implement structured A/B tests across creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to optimize ad-to-page message match.
- Manage UTM parameters and ensure accurate lead source attribution between HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Actively integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve productivity and strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience in Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Working knowledge of paid search fundamentals and LinkedIn targeting capabilities.
- Experience with UTM tagging and CRM data flow (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail for tracking, naming, and budget management.
- Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for drafting and reporting.
- Ability to translate complex data into plain-language observations for stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS with complex sales cycles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and ABM targeting concepts.
- Experience with Meta/Instagram B2B campaigns or geo-fencing.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console.
