What you will do
- Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation and paid media campaigns on LinkedIn (primary) and Google Ads, including audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategy, A/B testing, and ROI reporting.
- Drive SEO and content marketing by managing the blog/editorial calendar, improving on-page and technical SEO, coordinating IAM-focused content, and repurposing content across formats.
- Own marketing automation and email workflows in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot): list management, segmentation, lead scoring, nurture flows, event/product email campaigns, and Salesforce CRM hygiene.
- Manage LinkedIn presence (organic and sponsored), including content calendar, post copy, scheduling, and support for executive thought leadership.
- Run webinars and digital events end-to-end, including promotion, platform management, lead capture, and attribution for virtual and co-branded events.
- Build multi-channel analytics and reporting dashboards (MQLs, CPL, pipeline influence, channel ROI) and manage contractors/vendors for design, content, landing pages, and ad support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment with direct ownership of demand generation results.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and ROI reporting.
- Experience with a marketing automation platform (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization) and comfort interpreting analytics.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and ability to build reports from raw data.
- Strong written communication and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a lean, end-to-end ownership environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing technology or cybersecurity products/services and familiarity with IAM concepts (IGA, PAM, zero trust, CIAM).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) and understanding of the MQL-to-SQL handoff process.
- Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) in marketing workflows.
- Webinar platform experience (BrightTalk, ON24, Zoom Webinars) and experience managing contractors via Upwork.
