What you will do

  • Define and own marketing funnel metrics, including MQLs, pipeline contribution, and channel ROI across the organization.
  • Build and automate performance dashboards for leadership and channel owners using HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tooling.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and narratives that translate marketing performance into actionable investment decisions.
  • Operationalize a measurement framework for marketing tests and pilots, defining success metrics and delivering what-if analyses.
  • Maintain campaign tracking infrastructure, including UTM conventions, CRM setup, and attribution logic.
  • Actively integrate AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate data analysis, synthesis, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or performance insights, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong proficiency with BI tools and experience building complex dashboards from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of marketing tech stacks and how data flows between systems.
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear business narratives for non-technical audiences.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (based on 401k, HSA/FSA benefit offerings).
  • Proven fluency in using AI tools to enhance the quality and speed of analytical work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with multi-touch attribution models in a multi-channel B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of ABM measurement and account-level reporting.
  • Experience supporting marketing planning and forecasting at a leadership level.
  • Exposure to data enrichment tools such as Clearbit or ZoomInfo.
