Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $115,500 – $165,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own the paid media engine across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
- Manage audience and ABM targeting strategies aligned with enterprise ICP.
- Oversee the measurement and attribution model, ensuring spend maps to sourced pipeline.
- Directly manage paid search architecture, bidding, and keyword strategy.
- Act as the strategic point of contact for the paid media agency, setting direction and QAing output.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches and ABM programs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5+ years of experience in B2B paid media, performance marketing, or demand generation.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads at scale.
- Proven track record of owning pipeline and efficiency targets rather than vanity metrics.
- Strong experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and GA4.
- Experience with ABM targeting and agency management.
- No visa sponsorship available for this role.
Nice to have
- Experience in developer-adjacent or technical SaaS environments.
- Background in containers, cloud infrastructure, or AI companies.
- Experience with Reddit, programmatic, or display advertising.
