What you will do

• Consolidate organizational needs into actionable factory layout plans.
• Evaluate design scenarios, assessing risks and benefits for stakeholders.
• Represent Manufacturing in Corporate Real Estate projects.
• Review high-level CAD solutions to ensure flexible and sustainable production facilities.
• Coordinate technology specifications and manufacturing demands to set project milestones.
• Guide the engineering process for factory improvements and expansions.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology (Export Administration Regulations).
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with full gowning requirements.
• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with an affinity for high-tech machinery.

• Experience with plant layout and product flow analysis.
• Background in design and specification of cleanroom operations.
