What you will do
- Develop and optimize processes for silicon semiconductors to ensure high material quality and yield.
- Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) systems.
- Analyze metrology data to monitor quality and drive continuous process improvements.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process deviations and yield issues.
- Drive equipment performance to maximize capacity and improve cost efficiency.
- Collaborate within cross-functional and lean activity teams to serve manufacturing needs.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Engineering or Materials Science.
- Up to 2 years of work experience.
- Strong statistical analysis and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work onsite at the Austin (Ed Bluestein) office.
