What you will do
- Define and operationalize go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, targeting, and commercialization plans.
- Translate complex scientific and technical concepts into differentiated, customer-centric value propositions.
- Architect integrated marketing programs across SEM, content, and partner channels to drive pipeline and adoption.
- Lead launch excellence for new products and assays, aligning cross-functional teams on objectives and metrics.
- Equip global commercial teams with strategic sales enablement tools, training, and battle cards.
- Set tradeshow strategy and cultivate KOL relationships to maximize brand visibility and platform credibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business development within Life Sciences, Pharma, or Diagnostics.
- Deep understanding of analytical workflows, IVD markets, and drug development processes.
- High proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation (Marketo/Pardot), and Google Analytics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Must be eligible to work in the country of employment.
