TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager (B2C Tech): Shaping the discovery and connection experience for millions of users on a global storytelling platform with an accent on product positioning, market research, and go-to-market strategy. Focus on driving feature adoption, aligning product experiences with brand narrative, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet evolving user needs.

Location: Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area and able to work from the office 3 days per week

What you will do

  • Lead ongoing market, competitive, and audience research to inform product direction.
  • Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new features and experiments.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to ensure user needs are embedded in product decisions.
  • Develop marketing plans, track success metrics, and deliver post-launch optimization strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the user and market within cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2C tech, media, or entertainment.
  • Proven ability to develop positioning and lead go-to-market strategies for digital products.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Design teams in an agile environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Looker, Amplitude, and marketing measurement platforms.
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
  • Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area and able to work 3x per week from the downtown Toronto office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with community-driven platforms or creator ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Gen Z audiences and digital content trends.
  • Experience with experimentation and lifecycle marketing.
