Location: Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area and able to work from the office 3 days per week

What you will do
- Lead ongoing market, competitive, and audience research to inform product direction.
- Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new features and experiments.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to ensure user needs are embedded in product decisions.
- Develop marketing plans, track success metrics, and deliver post-launch optimization strategies.
- Act as the voice of the user and market within cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2C tech, media, or entertainment.
- Proven ability to develop positioning and lead go-to-market strategies for digital products.
- Experience working closely with Product and Design teams in an agile environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Looker, Amplitude, and marketing measurement platforms.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
- Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area and able to work 3x per week from the downtown Toronto office.
Nice to have
- Experience with community-driven platforms or creator ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Gen Z audiences and digital content trends.
- Experience with experimentation and lifecycle marketing.
