What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partnerships with Consulting, SI, ERP, and ISV partners.
  • Negotiate partnership contracts and evangelize hirify.global value propositions to new partners.
  • Generate sales pipeline through partner networks and develop new strategic relationships.
  • Execute comprehensive partner business plans covering recruitment, enablement, GTM, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead executive engagement and align C-level executives on key strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in France (Hybrid Paris).
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience in SaaS net new business sales, specifically within partner ecosystems for mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Strong knowledge of eProcurement, S2P, P2P, AP, or ERP domains.
  • Ability to engage confidently with CxO and senior partner-level executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% (mostly domestic).
