Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics (AI/Fintech)

Location: Remote, but full-time salaried employees must currently reside in specified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada. Offices are available in Palo Alto, New York City, Chicago, and Toronto.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 base salary annually, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is a pre-IPO startup building an AI-powered super app for car ownership, including insurance, diagnostics, repairs, financing, registration, and related services.

What you will do

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to apply customer performance insights to acquisition strategies.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments for new and existing product features.
• Define and test growth levers for profitable user acquisition and partnership development.
• Use machine learning models and complex data analysis to generate insights for business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
• 2+ years of management consulting experience at a top firm, preferably McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group, or relevant business analysis and operations experience.
• High comfort level with SQL and complex data analysis.
• Strong first-principles problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate with audiences ranging from frontline employees to the C-suite.
• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
