Director of Project Controls (Data Centres)

Location: Hybrid; the role can be based from any hirify.global office across their global network (including Wroclaw, Poland).

What you will do

• Define and deliver a best-in-class project controls strategy aligned with regional and organisational goals.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices to drive consistency and performance across all projects.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
• Implement data-driven frameworks to monitor productivity, performance, and milestone adherence.
• Lead risk management across the project portfolio, including mitigation and reporting strategies.
• Champion the use of digital tools, automation, and analytics to enhance reporting and transparency.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in project controls, programme management, or major capital projects.
• Proven leadership experience in complex construction environments, specifically data centres, pharma, or mission-critical projects.
• Expertise in planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of regional construction markets and regulatory environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
