Lead Project Manager (Data for Risk)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for the Data for Risk portfolio across integration, ingestion, quality, transformation, controls, and reporting.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent data initiatives and platforms across Risk Technology, data teams, and business stakeholders.
• Create phased delivery plans, define quality and lineage expectations, and maintain a consistent view of scope, status, and dependencies.
• Ensure data pipelines are productionised, data is reconciled, and reporting outputs are actionable and adopted.
• Run focused working sessions that establish decisions, ownership, timelines, and risk resolutions.
• Translate technical data topics into clear business impact and risk language for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes where data was central to success.
• Practical experience with data integration, pipelines, data quality frameworks, and reporting.
• Understanding of the difference between data availability and data usability.
• Ability to drive outcomes, remove blockers, make decisions with incomplete information, and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills, including the ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
• Pragmatic approach to milestones, ownership, tracking, and changing delivery conditions.
