Lead Project Manager (Data for Risk)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for the Data for Risk portfolio across integration, ingestion, quality, transformation, and reporting.
• Drive multiple concurrent data initiatives and platforms, ensuring data is trusted, usable, reconciled, and connected to business value.
• Align Risk Technology, Data teams, and business stakeholders on priorities, milestones, ownership, and dependencies.
• Translate fragmented data landscapes into phased delivery plans and define standards for quality, lineage, controls, and reporting.
• Run decision-focused working sessions, remove delivery blockers, and resolve ambiguity across organisational boundaries.
• Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and business impact to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes where data was central to success.
• Practical understanding of data integration, pipelines, data quality frameworks, and reporting.
• Experience taking ownership and driving outcomes in environments with imperfect structure.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively, simplify complexity, and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong delivery discipline covering milestones, ownership, tracking, accountability, and dependency management.
• Experience with regulatory or risk-driven data environments is highly valued.
